Honestly, I cannot all I loved into one box. Firstly, I loved that everywhere I went in the hotel, everyone had a smile on their face. From the receptionist, John/Elena or Nikoletta, to Irini and Theo constantly going the extra mile for me. I had a suite & the pool was always clean. The room was large & comfortable, it had a beautiful view. I loved how I could use the pool at anytime of the day. Ovi and Jannis were so helpful with the continental breakfast each morning, they went above and beyond! The drinks were amazing, I couldn’t stop with cocktails & Gyros lol. I cannot express how kind the staff were. They were so patient and helpful when finding out where to explore. It really made my stay in this hotel wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. The Petousis Restaurant was amazing, SO MUCH variety. I also learned some greek!😭

The hotel is well located, close to the city, airport and the main historical sights where you can get either by bus (the bus stop is right at the corner) or by taxi (that does not cost much due to a rather close distance). The beach is a 5 min walk, although do not expect much - it is rather dirty. The food at the restaurant was good, there were enough options to choose from. The staff was nice and attentive. The live music during the evenings was good; the musicians created a nice atmosphere.

Spotlessly clean & well maintained with staff that are genuinely nice & helpful, the pictures are totally accurate. Really good double glazing so you can barely hear outdoor noise & rooms are comfortable with modern equipment. Plenty of space at the pools & the breakfast was fresh & tasty. We asked for late checkout & our room wasn’t available but they gave us another, better room for the day which made such a difference to the last day of our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are extremely friendly. Every part from check in, ordering from the multiple bars to organizing a late checkout was smooth and easy. The breakfast was great every day, with a lot of variety and good quality food. The private pool at our room was perfect and added a lot of comfort. The pools at the hotel were very clean, the water a good temperature and with plenty of sunbeds.

The breakfast was amazing with a full menu of choices included in the breakfast included with the room. The fitness center is well equipped however some of the equipment was not working. The rooms are large with wonderful showers...no half doors here!! The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is great. Great food and great service.
